Syrian Rue or sometimes called Peganum Harmala was traditionally used in the brew called ayahuasca. The syrian rue seeds have the highest concentration of harmala and harmaline. Perfectly capable of standing on its own in any ceremony but the seeds were more revered for their MAO inhibitors.
Although they can be used as a MAOI. Preventing breakdown of toxic substances can be a bad thing. Let your MAOIs work naturally. This seed has a much better use as a dye.
Although puking is a sure sign of poisons in the body, one may argue that purging your system of one thing will rid you of others as well. Although these seeds are not treated and they may very well be viable. I must state they are not for human consumption.
